Hey..I love dance and learning how to dance better. I love rap, hip hop, salsa, and basically everything. My thing is that I would like to join a dance crew of any kind. Is there any websites of dance crews recruiting or any info in joining a dance crew or any suggestions..I am in NJ..

    Choose which form of dance you like the best and join a club for it.

    I think Try Hula…go to mele.com and the button in the right hand lower corner says “Hula Halau” …click it…find your locality and call or email those hula kumus and ask them about their kahiko only classes.

    By “crew” do you mean a competitive group? or a performing group? Because usually, to get into bigger, more well-known performance companies, you’ve got to be of professional quality… But if the big ones arent your thing, then try subscribing to a Dance magazine such as “Dance Magazine”, “DanceSpirit” ,etc… these have TONS of great articles and contacts for auditioning for companies, and lots of other great tips. =] good luck! ………and never stop dancing
